1. www.Ayouthveda.com ("Website") is an internet based content and e-commerce portal operated by AIMIL Ayouthveda India Limited (Ayouthveda), a company incorporated under the laws of India.
2. Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. Ayouthveda at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

Payment Policy

Payment is supported by third party payment gateway through Payment Gateway provider to Payment Network or bank. Payments may be made by one of the following payment methods unless otherwise specified: Domestic and international credit cards, issued by banks and institutions that are part of Visa and MasterCard Network, Visa Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery(COD) You may select to view the price of the products on our Online Store in rupees supported by us. Any discount or other promotional codes issued by Ayouthveda from time to time are strictly subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. Certain brands or products may be excluded and you will not be able to use any discount codes in respect of such brands/products. See the Promotion Exclusions page on the Online Store for further information. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order). Discount codes are non-transferable and bear no cash value. Any discount code sent to you by email or any other method is confidential and the Customer shall not share this with any other person. All transactions done on Ayouthveda.com using a Credit Card will appear on your bank statement as a payment to “Aimil Ayouthveda India Ltd”

Pricing Policy

The prices of the goods will be as quoted on the Online Store from time to time. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of goods are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Prices for our goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include taxes/GST at the applicable current rate chargeable in India for the time being. However, if the rate of GST changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the GST you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in GST takes effect. All prices mentioned are calculated in Indian Rupees and rates may get calculated automatically for different currencies as per current prevailing market exchange prices. Billing will be done as per effective pricing calculated on the shipping page. The Online Store contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the Online Store may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products, you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. International orders will attract local duties/taxes as applicable in that country and same shall be paid by the customer accordingly.

Payment Security

Ayouthveda.com has obtained a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process so any information you enter while transacting Online is secured and encrypted to protect you against disclosure to third party. However, there may arise a situation during which your payment might get stuck with gateway due to any technical glitch, you are requested to wait for 24 hours before contacting us as usually such transactions get reversed back by the gateway into your bank account/credit card/debit card only. Out of stock Items This may cause inconvenience at times to the customers. If your item goes out of stock during ordering, you will receive a call from Ayouthveda within 24-48 working hours to discuss the case and you have sole right to decide upon how you would like the order to be handled- refunded, put on hold till item(s) is/are back in stock or exchanged.

Product use Policy

The products and services described on this website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
