All you have to do is, place your palms on your forehead & with moderate pressure slide it towards the ending of your temple as shown. Meanwhile, you can also move your eyebrows up & down. It will definitely cause some resistance, so don't worry & happily enjoy doing it.

Simply tilt your head back & place your fingers on each side of your collarbone. I am sure you’ll feel a gentle stretch in your neck also to make it a little more effective & intense you can puff your lower lip out. Once done now slowly bring the head down towards the chest. Repeat the process a few times.

All you need is to pretend as if you’re putting on blush on your cheeks & to support your imagination place your fingertips on either side of your mouth, under the apples of your cheeks, now gently lift your cheeks upward with your fingertips & hold for at least 20 seconds.

6. WIN WITH DOUBLE V

Build a V sign with your hands & place your fingers in a way that your middle finger reaches on the inner edge of eyelids and your pointer finger faces towards the outer edge as shown in the image. Now carefully apply upwards pressure
WHY YOU SHOULD DO IT
Repeating efforts will help in preventing age-related branching wrinkles present at the corner of the eye (crow’s feet), also works great in a drooping eyelid
